Car rental not reasonable once you delve deeper
The car was fine - except the charges
It seems very reasonably priced UNTIL you add: 1. Car needs to be returned by 7am or you pay an extra day. This you only find out when busy signing and collecting. So then it’s not cheap.
2. Insurance - once this is added then it’s not so cheap.
So be careful - in the end it’s not reasonable or cheap. In fact it’s very expensive.

I’m not sure what you can do about it as you already have my money, credit card and billed me.
I dont think I’ll rent again from you as everything is/was in your favour.
I would say that if you collect a vehicle at midday then you return it at midday on the day of return. Not 7am - but all rentals are automatically deemed to begin at 7am so that’s why - and you only find this out when collecting.
It cost me an extra days cost for an hour or so. No leeway and I’m not happy about it.
