Car not ready No radio

Use them often and normally receive good service. On our last visit our car was not ready and we had to wait for almost an Hour although it was booked a couple days before . They also apologised that our car did not have a radio fitted . Will use them again as this was the first time we had to wait this long for our car and received a car without a radio
