Car Hire

My overall experience regarding the collecting and dropping off of my hired vehicle at ORT was pretty seamless. Staff were very pleasant and efficiency was the order of the day. My only thorn in this hire was my selection of the type of vehicle. I was hoping for a KIA PICANTO as advertised but I received a RENAULT KWIID which to be fair was an equivalent as stated in your brochure. I did not not enjoy this vehicle at all but then the blame rests entirely on my shoulders. Would I hire from Woodford Car Hire again - yes certainly would but I would be more selective of the class I choose Best regards Anthony Martin
