Car Hire

This was the first time I hired a car from Woodford. The communication process between customer and service provider was excellent. Emails were sent on time reminding me about the car hire. Price breakdown clearly shown together with conditions of hire. Even when my fligh was delayed, messages were sent to me, stating the car was ready for pick-up and some one will help me. Within few minutes the documentation was completed and the car was handed to me. When it was time to return the car, no problems were encountered...the guy completed his task efficiently. Well done, I did not had to wait long and l had sufficient time for boarding my flight. Thanks
