Car exchange at your expense

The car and the cost were good . The down side I had was when I was called in to exchange the vehicle because the one I was given was sold. My problem was that I was given 100km a day and travelling to the branch to change it used 60km which I was not told that this will not be reimbursed in my km which counted on my personal km and it was not a personal trip ,I thought going there will count as good faith on my side and be reimburse for the km ,I was not asking for the time or petrol used only the km to be taken into consideration but I was told it's part of the terms and condition that you may be called to bring back the car at your expense. Which is not a good deal cause you are not to renting to make make trips to the branch but attend to personal matters .
