Car door safety hinge was broken

Good day,<br> <br> I would like to bring it to Woodford's attention that the Honda Ballard that was provided to me was a defected product.<br> <br> On the front passenger side door, the safety hinge that keeps a door open was broken. This was not inspected upon receipt of the car nor notified or identified by the branch itself.<br> <br> As a result from the Cape winds, and my unawareness of this defect, the door slammed my leg which caused a bit of bruising.<br> <br> Upon returning the car, I did inform the friendly staff of the defect and they were thankful for the feedback.<br> <br> In terms of service delivery, the branch was very welcoming, efficient and ready to get me going.<br> <br> I will definitely book again with Woodford.
