Car damages refund

Well I have been praising Woodford car for the hood service but after the incident I had with their car on the 7th of Aug I am not having any joy.

Their car was bumped by another resident at the hotel while it was parked and I was inside the hotel. I was called by receptionist and told to come and see what has happened.

I immediately reported the incident, took pictures that clearly showed what transpired. I sent to them and went to report at SAPS as advised by them with the lady who bumped inthe car and statement was clear.

Few days later they deducted almost 10 000 rands from my credit card for the damages as per their standard procedure which was supposed to be refunded once the case investigation is over. I was fine with that because well I knew it wasn’t my fault and the other lady had an insurance which she provided their details to and she reported the incident to her insurance as well.

10 months later my money has not been refunded, whenever I make follow ups they keep telling me it has not been concluded like really, this is not rocket science all the evidence was there.

No one is calling or updating me because they got their money from me. I am the only one making follow up.

Is like they don’t care at all as they claimed from their insurance and got money from me but I need my 10k back. It’s a lot of money to loose it just like that .

I am sure even the lady car was fixed by her insurance long time ago.

Please Wood ford I know almost 10k is nothing to you but for me it is as a single parent who is trying to survive i this harsh economic environment
