Car check

We were given a car that gave a warning in the middle of a long-distance trip " refill adblue" we had no idea what this was and if it was going to affect the car and our trip, it added stress to our trip. Fortunately, we managed to contact someone at Woodford who assured us that we can still make it to our destination and go to the nearest Woodford branch for the refill.

The service provider should improve by doing the necessary checks on the car prior to pickup.
