Car Breakdown Assistance

I hired a car with this company for 29 Days, but only used it for 9 days. When i went to fetch the car, it was still dirty and not inspected or anything, but took the car because i had booked it month earlier. They inspected the body of the car with us and everything was noted down. While traveling t the Eastern Cape, the car broke down and they offered to tow us back 300kms to George. When i called, the person attending to the call promised me a car with the towing service comes but when it came there was no car they just towed us inside the vehicle, on top of a truck. When we got to George, the dealership was closed and Woodford told me to get out of their car and leave the keys with the security. They didn't care where i was going to sleep or how i was going to travel to get to the Eastern Cape. I kept on calling their after hours numbers, but when they got fed up they just let their phones ring and others switched them off. At this point I don't know what was wrong with the nor am i getting my money back. I would never recommend anyone to do business with them. They do not know customer service at all.
