Cancellation of Reservation

I had to cancel a reservation made for December due to a change in plans. Jay was fabulous in assisting helpfully and promptly. Unfortunately the internal team did not follow up, but on letting Jay know she quickly and efficiently ensured that my refund was processed. Thank you Jay.
