Buyer BEWARE!

Where do I begin? I was overcharged 1,000R, transferred over 7 times when I called about whether everything was all settled when I turned in my car after hours (I got an email the next day talking about a checkout process), no one has responded to any of my emails about this and the overcharge, I was not allowed to modify my reservation when I realized I only had a 300km cap included in my reservation and I had wanted unlimited. Just fyi they will charge you 5R per 1km after you have reached your cap (never in all the countries I have traveled to has this been a thing). and trying to get ahold of someone to respond in a timely manner is next to impossible. I will not rent from them again.
