We booked a vehicle for a weekend getaway in Durban. The team emailed me and phoned me directly periodically on days before our trip to confirm all is in order. Our flight to Durban was delayed and these guys phoned me to say they ate tracking my flight and will wait for me to arrive and accept the vehicle. Brilliant service.
