BRAVO WOODFORD!!

Woodford are the bomb!! From a warm welcome in the evening from Leroy (he is a fantastic first line contact and a great asset to the company) and his team at CT International Airport to the super vehicle supp**** to the hassle free return of the vehicle, we were blown away by the professionalism and nothing is too much attitude of the Woodford team. We have another rental booked from the 15th of September 2023 in CT and look forward to the same brilliant service again. Only one suggestion is that Woodford consider accepting electronic transfers of money upfront to circumvent time consuming administration to get the vehicle. I made the booking on the 15th months ahead and would have preferred to pay upfront yet was told in no uncertain terms that only credit cards on arrival would be accepted. I also offered a cover note from my insurer ( other rental companies accept these) to cover the insurance excess etc yet was told this was not acceptable. If these could be sorted then I would rate Woodford even higher. Look forward to the next rental on the 15th!!
