Hired a car from woodford. Large deposit taken. On returning the car all was inorder. Car returned as received. A week later dep still not refunded. And after calling many times I was informed that the car was in an accident. When it was returned not a scratch on the car. Have Proof about the amount being refunded. Time to return deposit and suddenly there’s a dispute. Headoffice didn’t even have the decency to return calls. Spoke to an absolutely rude woman in accounts.
