I reserved at KSIA branch where I was upgraded to a bigger vehicle, I couldnt see clearly while driving due to the size of the vehicle, the following day I had to contact woodford to exchange the vehicle, the process was smooth and the consultants were very understanding. they arranged a vehicle for me where i collected at Umhlanga branch and drop it off at KSIA.
