Big Plus and small Minus for Woodford Car Hire

I like their professionalism and top-notch customer care. Previously they erroneously billed me for petrol refill but when I brought this error to their attention they didn't quibble and refunded the erroneous billing.

I see they still provide complementary warm drinking water placed on top of their waiting room fridge. Please Woodford, provide us with cold drinking water for the Durban hot weather!!!
