Beware of *****ulent activity from Woodfords's customer care/refunds/finance departments.

I cancelled a car hire booking due to a medical emeergency. Woodford undertook to refund me however did not follow. Each time I followed up, they sent me falsified proof of payment documentation and thereafter avoided my calls. I asked for the contact details of their operations director Mr Essa Suliman, but they refused to provide me with this. Be very careful when dealing with this company. There is *****ulent activity going on in their customer care/refunds/finance departments.
