Beware!

Vehicle was handed over to me by Mr. S Narayadu and I was told that all sc****s were noted. No employee went over the vehicle with me. After a uneventful 3 days the vehicle was returned. On my return, I was told that there was a new scratch on a rim and a tiny chip on the windscreen for which I was liable. Both these scratches are really small and there are many other scratches on vehicle. It is impossible to say if they are new or not. I think an employee should go through vehicle with the customer to point out what is existing marks so that there is no uncer*****y about what was there or not. Unfortunately, this is the second time that this happens with this company. I have previously rented a E-class Mercedes and on return was told that there is a small 5 mm scratch on one rim that I am responsible for. At the time I was also not sure whether it was new or not. It seems to be a recurring theme. I do rent vehicles on a monthly basis as my job as a surgeon takes me many places. There are better car rental companies to do business with and I certainly won’t use Woodford again.
