Exceptional service on checking in and out - no hidden cost, no after rental surprise - only improvement suggestion is to iron out the bugs in the self service check-in website - however, not having done that gave me the opportunity to be upgraded on physical check-in .. so not sure it was a bad thing that I could not self check in
