Best service EVER!
I just had the most exceptional service from Woodford Car Hire at ORT and via their Customer Service team! I flew to JHB for a funeral, rented a car from them at the last minute and they called me 3 or 4 times prior today my landing to ensure the rental was still happening. This was very helpful, as our FlyCemAir flight was 2 hours delayed!
Not only did they have two agents wait for me till way past 10:00 PM, they gave me excellent and friendly, compassionate and caring service! The follow up, the return of the vehicle, the invoicing - everything was of sterling quality! Ai was truly blown away! Thanks Woodford ORT and thanks for excellent customer support!
