Upon arrival at CPT airport i asked the guy at the counter to add on two additional days and the insurance . He told me that total amount will be R1,479.48. I agreed and used my debit card to pay this mount in full. Then advised me of the 4K deposit which i paid with my partners credit card. The guy at the counter clearly stated the amount and that he was giving us a discount and an upgrade on the vehicle . Upon return the tank was topped up , vehicle was clean and had no damages . When we checked the credit card statement it shows an additional amount of R513 taken out. I called the call centre and spoke to Shayleme Hill she says she cannot do anything as she wasnt there assisting me at the till point so she doesnt know what happened. I explained to her countless times and she insisted she cannot do anything. I requested to speak to a manager and she transfered me to the receptionist Abigail Menelr . I asked her if i could speak to her manager she insisted to know what i wanted . After me asking again to speak to a manager she cuts the call on me .

With all these companies when they want your money to sign you up they very friendly with emails and calls and whatsapp messages, When its time to assist with an issue no one wants to help.

You guys really need to get your customer experience sorted out . I can guarantee you that we will not be using your services again.
