Be warned of these *******
When I inspected the car for any problems or scratches, the person I asked to assist us refused to acknowledge there was a chip on the windscreen, a scratch on the bumper and and the wheel cap was scratched. He refused to write these problems down after I was told to be present. The whole model is when you return the vehicle Woodford can claim for the same damage over and over again saying it was the last driver's fault.
I had to go back to check in and ask someone there to sign the damages off. Yes. You guessed it. When I did return the vehicle they tried to have me admit to the damages.
The fuel was on three/quarter when I got into highway the tank was three quarter full.
On return I put in R481.09 which is 31.26 litres and all I did was travel about 331km. When I did complain they were in total denial. Woodford car hire are total *******.
Economic pirates.
No morals or ethics prying on people in the hope we will not check and then rip us off openly openly with no regards to any business morals.
I was warned do not trust Woodford. I'm now warning you.
