Be very careful when booking with this company .........

Be very careful with this company especially regarding refund of deposits. Our refund was deposited into the incorrect account a year ago and because they can't get their money back from the incorrect bank account they won't refund us. Their error has become our loss. Communication with the accounts and the GM is non-existent! Definitely wouldn't advise making use of their service.
