bad to good : Woodford car hire CT international airport.

I have used Woodford for at least three times in the recent past at cape town international airport.

this trip started poorly when my car was not immediately ready for collection and there was no pre pick up check.

later in day reported tyre issue and did not get a call from dealer wrt to this.

the next day noticed a bulge on the tyre and reported this telephonically but took a while to get an appropriate response.

then things changed/ I had a replacement car brought to my place of stay despite the late hour/ Kudoos to the gentleman who returned my call after the initial frustrating experience

Woodford you have redeemed yourself and I would continue to utilize your service /You have shown that bad can become good with the right individual attending.
