Bad service , no service LUNCH

Experience from hell. Refused my proof of address (Vodacom account) and ABSA letter. Did not call back. On lunch. Still waiting for the promised call. They made me feel worthless and incapable. The person's name is Kate, but the other person in the office is very rude as well. Had to rent with AVIS.
