Bad service from Woodford Car Hire

Hired a car at OR Tambo on 19/12 to be collected on 20/12 in King Shaka - paid for hire and deposit. Got reference numbers and received sms am on 20/12 saying car was ready to be collected. On arrival at King Shaka - was informed car was not paid for and all sorts of stories. After 53 phone calls nobody wanted to take responsibility or allow me to talk to somebody senior. At +18h00 I called the Cape Town office who transferred me to Durban. The chap called me back (first call back from Woodford since 09h00) and told me that we refused to take the car. Clearly a lie - why would we refuse if it was paid for. A few minutes later after the phone call I received an email from the same chap to advise the hire has been cancelled. Rude, arrogant and no respect for the customer.
