Bad service and company disinterested

I recently booked a car through this company in December 2023 and had the worst service ever! Two and half hours after arriving at the Ocean Terminal we eventually drove off in our car. I had confirmed with Woodford in Long Street the pickup at Ocean Terminal and the agent assured me it could be done. After countless calls to Long Street, endless contradictory excuses on why/where the car was I can only say I will NEVER use the company again! Now I am being incorrectly billed! I have asked repeatedly for the CEO’s email but absolutely no response. A very unhappy client
