Bad service

Was very dissapointed with the service and this is the 2nd time. When I picked the car, the revs were unusual so I drove back when I got there was told to wait a as the guy who was supposed to help went to fill up a car for a customer. 10 min later he came back and went out again as the garage they normally use had no petrol. I then left and told the lady helping me that should anything happen, I cannot be held accountable . I left there at 8h30 and yet on my invoice it says I collected the car at 07h59. I dropped the car at 08h30 but on invoice it says 9h24. Thats insane. The lady told me the guys are downstairs to check the car

Secondly the car had mechanical issues, when driving downhill and pressed brakes it made a sound from disc pads and you actually had to press brakes twice for it to hold. When I returned the car I told them not to give out that car to any client as it may cause a serious accident
