Bad Experience at Woodford Car Hire King Shaka airport branch

I did a long term car rental at King Shaka for two concecutive months using my wifes credit card however when i tried hiring for the 3rd month Woodford refused. This is so un professional, if you have a rule or policy, apply it consistantly at least and don't confuse your customers.

On top of that, i was charged for airport taxes and tourism levy twice on my first month hire. Guess what? i still haven't been reimbur*****t after a month and a few days. I've been phoning, sending WhatsApp messages, going to the counter, writing on Facebook, now I'm writing this review. I think i should get my lawyer involved now, this is not on.
