Bad Experience

Made an online booking with Woodford. Got to the branch only to find out that they don't accept debit cards... Can't they state it clearly when doing a booking online... The receptionist said that she would have to do a refund and that she was doing so immediately. I've called customer care...they can't see the booking on there system. I'm still waiting for a refund. Fort experience always is a lasting experience... I'm waiting since
