Bad Car Rental Experience - Woodford

Good day,

The 1st time I use Woodford and the last time.. The worst experience where they blame me for car damages because they lost the checklist.

1st they gave me not a similar replacement car but blame me for damages both the inspector and myself checked together on collection of car. The exact same checklist on return of vehicle was agreed to but later I was blamed for the damages.

And to add to this, I was charged double for the admin fee for the damages.

The worst rental company I ever used and will never again.

After numerous emails, still no response from claims or customer care departments.

Hope they spot this review to sort out the matter.
