Bad car rental

I will never advice anyone to use their service. I rented an Avanza from 17 Dec 2019 until 22nd December. I selected that i want to have insurance and paid R1200. While i was the mirror cover was ****** in the parking lot. On the 17 of January 2020 they debit 2 seperate debit on my credit card. R8000 and R337.50. To get hold of them is a mission. I called the whole day and no one answered until my wife called a cell phone and they told her that we didnt have insurance. I asked them to send me and invoice for the mirror cover until today i havent recieved. I have never seen a plastic that cost over R8337. Even a mirror of the Mercedes Benz doesnt cost that much. I need my money returned to my credit card. So people please be carefull of them they are not trustworth.
