Avoid Woodford & EconomyBookings at all costs
Warning: Avoid EconomyBookings/Booking Group at All Costs! As well as Woodford who will do NOTHING to help with 3rd party bookings.
I'm writing this review as a warning to others after my horrific experience with EconomyBookings/Booking Group. They claim to offer car rental services, but what they really provide is a masterclass in deception and poor customer service.
Despite informing them (and the car rental company, Woodford) that I wouldn't be able to pick up the vehicle due to not having the physical credit card required for the deposit, they still charged me the full amount and refused to provide a refund.
Their "no-show" policy is a ****, designed to fleece unsuspecting customers of their hard-earned money. They'll ignore your attempts to cancel or request a refund, and then have the audacity to claim that you're somehow at fault.
Save yourself the stress and financial loss. Avoid EconomyBookings/Booking Group like the plague. They're not a reputable company, and they don't deserve your business. Nor does Woodford who've done nothing to assist.
Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
