Avoid Woodford Car Hire

Worst service and constant lying about getting my refund. I cancelled the car hire based on other peoples' negative reviews here and am so pleased i did!! DO NOT hire from here, unless you want to lose your money. I cancelled the car on the 27th of September, and was promised the small deposit refund since then- one month later still nothing). I even went into the branch last week to complain, and to my face they apologised and promised they would refund it into my account immediately as I had waited so long. Still nothing. Again another email saying they would pay the end of this week due to a backlog in their finance area. STAY FAR AWAY from this company.
