Avoid. Never have cars available that you book

2nd time now I arrive at Woodford car hire in Cape Town and they don't have the car I ordered. Waited half an hour and then ended up having to go to Hertz to hire a car. Useless! Had similar problem at King Shaka Durban before as well.
