All Woodford says each time is phone another number, contact another email address and then we have paid the refund already, your bank has not processed. Waiting waiting waiting with no outcome. JUST AVOID AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE of following up again and again and again and just getting empty promises. Refueling fee gets charged even though filled up before returning and no fuel charge i=on invoice. DISHONEST!
