AVIOID if you have kids/ babies and need car seats

POOR SERVICE. DON'T USE if you have children and expect to have a child seat. We ended up going with SANI car rental as Woodford just simply lost interest in arranging one when we got to them (after confirming via telephone that we will have car seats as we could not see evidence on our booking slips). They simply say we did not book, and they have no car seats. The fact that I called meant nothing...should have just cancelled when I got the suspicion that we would be disappointed.

Staff was not willing to assist, or rent from neighboring service providers who seemed to have ample stock available. Management just threw their hands up in the air. No care. Awful way to start our family weekend in Cape Town.

No accountability, poor babies under 1 year of age had to sit outside in the heat and wait for us to rush and make another plan. For the sake of my kids and their safety I would avoid.

Would like to see how they turn this review around. They wasted an hour of our time and we over paid as we had no time to think, compare quotes or book in advance. Cost us time, money and bad memories.
