Appauling service and blatant dishonesty

Booked and rented a vehicle from the PE branch from Friday 19:00 until Sunday 19:00 Firstly the documented deposit of R4000 was charged at R5000....no discussion or explanation...then the documented Liability Cover of R10000 was changed to R14000....again..no discussion or explenation.

Inspection of the vehicle proved more scratches and dents than reported on their checklist. Drove the vehicle for two kilometers and had to return it for a replacement as the front wheels had a terrible shudder.

Returned the vehicle at scheduled time....only to find the offices closed. After a call to their emergency control centre I was instructed to park the vehicle and to throw the keys through the door.

Well surprise surprise this morning when I received an email with a tax invoice stating I owe for an additional rental day...

Absolutely pathetic but more so blatantly dishonest and ********** in their business transactions.
