Appalling customer service and exorbitant charges for damages
I usually use the OR Tambo branch and I've never had half the issues I've experienced with the Bryanston branch. I've moved to this one for proximity. The 1 star is for the guy that does the pre-inspection on collection and returns. He has always been thorough and pleasant. The ladies at the front desk, along with the manager are extremely rude. The price I've been charged for a small damage is exorbitant and overall ridiculous. Have no desire to return to this branch.
