appalling and terrible services

second time using woodford group, on both occasions we reserved a vehicle online, and were actually 'sold' a car that was not even available. on this specific incident, we received confirmation messages to indicate that the car was available and waiting for us, upon arrival we were told the said vehicle was gone for repairs and was unreliable and that there was no other vehicle of that size available. at 11pm with an infant,child and senior citizen, we were forced to scurry around to other car hires at looking for a suitable car. this ********* and unprofessional behavior from the woodford car hire group is one of the reasons i am choosing to not use them again and would advise people not to book with them. absolutely appalling and terrible services from this company.
