angry!!!!

When i arrived at Woodford Cape Town airport i was very impressed, car was amazing etc, when signing in they took my drivers licence which they didnt give back and only realized it when i was at the airport, i called them numerous times and they told me they don't have it, once boarded i got a message to say they have it, this was last week Wednesday i am still waiting for it, why did no one let me know, i just called now and it has still not left CT. 6 days later and the deposit is still not in my account, ****ed off !!!!!!
