They have recorded incorrect mileage or 2 separate forms. When I picked up the vehicle it had another mileage on.I have taken a photo of the mileage when I picked up the vehicle. I did not inspect the car because I was not told or advised to do so. When I returned the car the inspector advised me there is a damage to the front right wheel cap. After investigating on my own. I have noticed when they sent me records of the inspection the mileage read 15873km when I picked up the vehicle the mileage was 16133km that's a total of 260km driven after inspection and reports was done. How am I to blame for the following incident. To me it seems like they knew about the incident and waited for me to return the vehicle and put the blame on me. Also I picked up the vehicle at 16 133km. It was recorded that I picked up the vehicle at 16 129km that's also 4km difference from their invoice submitted to me. I highly recommend to people do not use WOODFORD CAR HIRE-OR THAMBO. You will be accused and billed for things you did not do. I have all the proof awaiting to take this further. I have received all false information from them on the inspection side.This could have been photos taken for the respective mileage submitted in the inspection.
