Amazing Service from Cape Town International Branch

I wanted to take a moment to commend the Woodford Cape Town branch yet again - specifically Abrie Janse van Rensburg, Regional Operations Manager and Enterprise Car Rental Western Cape, and his outstanding team. I’ve been renting from Woodford Cape Town consistently since 2019, and what continues to impress me is how the service doesn’t just remain excellent - it keeps getting better.

Where one might expect service to plateau over time, Mr. Janse Van Rensburg and his team have done the opposite. With every visit, they exceed expectations. My most recent rental from 5 to 10 November 2025 was no exception: We were assisted swiftly, efficiently, and with the warmest smiles you’ll find in Cape Town. It’s a level of service that turns a routine car hire into a pleasure and it's very evident to me that Mr. Abrie Janse Van Rensburg's quest for excellence is the reason for this sterling team!

I genuinely love renting from Woodford Cape Town, and that says a lot considering the many options available at the airport. Woodford Cape Town truly has a diamond in Abrie - I hope he is as valued internally as he is by loyal customers.
