Amazing customer service

The customer service was very good. There was an issue with the car and Woodford swapped the car. Not only did they just provide us with a different car but also brought us the car. We were in the Kruger National Park at the time and was able to do the car swap at the nearest gate. Woodford organized a driver to bring the car to the nearest gate which was almost a 500 km drive one way for their driver. I'm very pleased with the service we received from them and how they went above and beyond.

Additionally, the process to receive and drop the car off was a very pleasant experience.
