Amazing customer service, above and beyond

Woodford has just won me over. Rented in Durban with drop-off in Pietermaritzburg. Did not notice that the PMB branch is in town, not at the airport. Didn't realise that until I got to the airport, without enough time to go back into town. Woodford SENT SOMEONE FROM THE BRANCH IN TOWN to pick up the car from the airport. If they hadn't done that, I would have been so stuck. So, so grateful for amazing service.
