All I want from a car rental company

The car was ready for us, the one we ordered. It was quick to get it - the que was short and the person friendly - the same with the return process. At the end, one wants a reliable car (the one your ordered) in a quick and efficient manner - which we got. The return was easy and I got the bill while still waiting to board at the airport - quick with no surprises. All I want from a Car rental company.
