Access from arrivals to Woodford offices in Cape Town

I can only praise Woodford but why are the collective group of car hire companies not doing something about the access and signage from arrivals to their offices at CT International? We came off a 30 hour journey and had to push a fully laden trolley down a steep ramp and up the other side again. I was exhausted and furious. Why could my confirmation of reservation not have warned me or offer another option? Surely here must be a better way to reach their office and if so, why is it not better signposted?
