Absolute **********!!

Absolute **********! They automatically took a huge amount from my bank account because of supposed ‘damage’ to the vehicle without providing any reasons or notifying me. I tried finding their customer service phone number, which does not exist, so had to speak to their sales guy in OR Tambo who couldn’t even provide any info on the damage details. After 7 days of calling and emailing their sales line to reach their customer service, whilst spending a huge amount on international calls, I eventually got emailed by a random employee who couldn’t even substantiate what the damage was and claimed it was my fault for signing off that the car was ok. I have immediately filed ********** charges with my bank. Do not use this company...be warned!
