Absolute disgustingly bad serive and false advertising.

<p>I made a booking ( 6 July 2017) via travelstart to hire a vehicle at Cape Town International airport. The full amount of R87.41 and R777.41 were deducted from my bank account. I presented bycheque card as payment during the online reservation. Upon arival at the airport, ( we were on the way to Herm****, as my brother in law was in hospital with last stage of cancer ) I was notified by a very arrogant young gentleman, that the company do not accept cheque cards over weekends, handed back my card and turned his back on me. I demanded that I be refunded, but his attitude stinked. No compassio or empathy.</p> <p>I had to resort to other vendors, and was assisted by Dollar Thrifty, where the staff was not only helpful,but this companies fees were more favourable and the staffs attitudeclearly as sing that the wanter to do business.</p> <p> </p> <p>I demand that my R1604.82 be returned to me, with the same haste that it was take from me upon reservation.And rest assured, I will never again make use of your copany.</p> <p> </p>
