A service to remember

I used the car rental service from OR Tambo for 2 days. I was persuaded to use Woodford due to competitive rate offered, particularly with km limit in place as I was only using locally, and my intention to use a local firm having been let down by bigger international carhire brands in the past. I was happy to receive several updates both via SMS and email before I arrived.<br> I was unable to come and collect the car at the time I'd planned due to unforeseen circumstances, but when I did arrive I was pleased to be attended promptly and professionally by customer service staff at the airport and in 20minutes I was driving out from the airport, which compares favorably to other carhire services received previously.<br> The reception staff were efficient and friendly in showing me the car (which had to be an upgraded size due to lack of availability, but no price difference which was appreciated) and likewise on the way back I was quickly attended to and received the invoice notification by email which was useful. <br> My one concern was related to e-toll charge which wasn't explained very clearly, as I'd have preferred to pay in advance. <br> Overall, a positive experience and I was very impressed!
